These terms apply to all discount codes, coupons, and promotional offers on RistayCraft. By using a code you agree to the following:

1. Discounts apply only when a valid code is entered at checkout before payment.
2. One discount code per order — codes cannot be combined or stacked.
3. Unless stated otherwise, each code is limited to one use per customer.
4. Each promotion may have its own conditions: a minimum cart total, an expiry date, and a limited number of redemptions (for example, “first 100 customers”). The offer ends automatically when any limit is reached.
5. Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
6. Discounts apply to eligible products only; certain items or bundles may be excluded.
7. As all products are digital downloads, no refunds are issued once a file has been accessed or downloaded. Please see our Refund Policy.
8. Codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.
9. RistayCraft may modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
10. Abuse or fraudulent use of codes may result in cancellation of the affected order(s).
