Once a file has been downloaded, all sales are final and the product is non-refundable, except where the file is faulty or not as described. Custom design service orders are subject to a separate agreement communicated at the time of order. Revisions, timelines, and deliverables will be outlined in that agreement. Deposits paid for design services are non-refundable.
