Because our products are digital, our refund policy depends on whether the file has been downloaded. If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your product, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Simply email us at info@ristaycraft.com with your order number, and we will refund you to your original payment method.
Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, it can no longer be returned and is not eligible for a refund. By downloading, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and agree to waive the 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please review the product description and preview images carefully before downloading.
If you experience a technical problem with your download — such as a corrupted file, a missing file, or an error preventing download — please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will resolve the issue promptly by resending the file or providing a corrected version, or issue a refund where appropriate, in line with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, please contact us and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
For custom design service orders, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the stage of work. If work has not yet begun, a full refund may be issued. Once work is in progress, partial refunds may apply at our discretion.
