THE STEPS
1. A Wiggly Tooth - A wiggly tooth means you are growing up. It's normal.
2. New Tooth Coming - A new, bigger tooth grows in underneath.
3. Clean Hands First - Wash your hands, then wiggle very gently.
4. Soft Foods Help - Soft foods are kinder to a wiggly tooth.
5. The Tooth Comes Out - When it's ready, a loose tooth comes out easily.
6. Rinse with Water - Rinse gently with water. A little pink is okay.
7. A Small Gap - A small gap means a new tooth is on the way.
8. The Tooth Box - Some families have a tooth fairy tradition, and that's okay.
9. Brush Around the Gap - Brush gently, twice a day, even around a gap.
10. Proud of My New Smile - Losing a tooth is exciting. Be proud of your smile!
