Large Print Shadow Work: Gentle Prompts in Generous Type

A shadow work journal set in large, easy-to-read type with wide writing lines. It begins with noticing, only what you see with nothing to explain, and builds gently from there. Pages ask what you are looking at today, what it says, what it wants, what happened, how you felt and what helped.

Prompts such as "What would I tell a friend?" keep the tone kind and simple. This is reflective writing for personal growth, not therapy or medical advice.
