Academic Reading Log: Citations, Structured Notes and Honest Summaries

A reading log for students, researchers and lifelong learners. Each entry captures the citation details and page range, then guides structured notes: the point being made, the evidence given, your response and terms to look up.

An undated twelve-month overview keeps a full year of reading organized, making it easier to write summaries and find sources again later.
