Most of our products are designed for A4 (210×297 mm) paper. Some products are also available in US Letter (8.5×11 in). The product description will specify the paper size.
If you have not yet downloaded the product, you can request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Once a file has been downloaded, it is non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products.
