C-section Recovery & Healing a Place to Put It Down

This journal is titled "C-Section Recovery & Healing: A Place to Put It Down" and includes lined writing spaces with structured prompts. Each page starts with the title and subtitle, followed by prompts such as "Describe how you learned this birth would be a surgery" and tables with columns for tracking incision, pain levels, medications, and movement. The minimalist design uses soft pink and beige tones with thin lines and simple typography, creating a calming environment for reflection and tracking.

Reflective prompts encourage introspection, while tables help track physical recovery and daily activities. This journal offers a supportive and organized way to navigate the recovery process.
