Kitchen Safety for Kids Printable | 29-Page Cooking Safety Workbook Ages 5–8 | Stove Hot Pan Handwashing Stories Activities

Ten kitchen safety rules in ten calm short stories - ask first, wash up, stay back from the stove, oven mitts - then practice and promise.

Nora and Eli help Mom cook dinner. Over 29 pages they learn to ask first, wash their hands, wear short sleeves, stay three feet from a hot stove, turn pot handles back, let a grown-up stay by the pan, use oven mitts, leave the microwave to grown-ups, keep raw meat apart and put leftovers in the fridge. Grown-ups do every hot and sharp step. Every rule comes from a named source.
